You probably went into education to make a difference.

And while your students are technically getting a good education, they’re struggling to grow up.

How can you help them become the best versions of themselves … and make good use of all the knowledge your teachers are giving them?

Many of the people I work with never felt like they had someone believe in them. I do that until they can believe in themselves. Then, I push them to take ownership of their own growth process.

GROW IN CONFIDENCE

03

We humans are terrible at doing things solo. I help students and teachers combat isolation to cultivate healthy relationships that will serve them in their goals, not weigh them down.

BUILD CONNECTION

02

I help administrators and students look at success through the lens of emotional health—which lays the foundation for our choices and how we process situations.

CHANGE PERSPECTIVE

01

What does your school need?

Of course, a healthy environment & deep connections are a must.

Here’s how I can help.

The Basics

ASSEMBLIES . Professional Development . Consulting & Strategy Sessions

  • First, I share my story of growing up uncomfortable in my skin; seeking validation and worth from football; spiraling into alcohol abuse; losing football as my source of identity; and healing from the inside out.

  • In my second talk, “I Need Help,” I talk about how those three words changed my life.

  • In my third installment, I outline how I moved forward after my initial steps toward health, and how kids can do the same.

Have me come once, or schedule me for all three of my keynote talks.

Investment starts at $4500

In this series of three 45-minute presentations, I share my story, thus gaining influence with students.

Hearing my message triggers many of them to think about their own emotions; in turn, I provide questions to help them process what they’re feeling.

After an assembly, I’m available for the day to meet with students in small groups and debrief with teachers.

Assemblies

  • You can choose from a set list of topics for each session—have me come once, or have me work with your staff once per semester, quarter, or month

  • After the initial teaching time, I facilitate discussion among staff members to aid in application and retention

  • Sessions are capped at 20 attendees and typically broken out by middle school and high school teachers, so I recommend booking a full day so we can do back-to-back sessions at a discount

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Investment starts at $5000

Students aren’t the only ones with emotions—you, your teachers, and your other staff members face enormous pressure, with limited support.

During professional development sessions, I teach modified versions of my emotional resilience curriculum.

We look at how to break down the communication barrier between students and faculty, as well as how your staff can regulate their own emotions.

Professional Development

  • The hour belongs to you—you choose what you want to talk about—you’ll just have a short questionnaire to fill out before we talk so I can prepare my brain for you

  • You’ll receive a call recording and a transcript of our conversation that you’re welcome to share with your fellow leaders, plus a page with any recommended action steps we discuss

Here's what you can expect:

Investment: $997 per hour

For some leaders, all they need or want is dedicated time to talk through issues, gain insight, and brainstorm solutions.

My one-hour consulting video calls are the perfect way to access my undivided attention and problem-solving brain. I’ll help you figure out how to apply my years of experience in your unique situation.

Do you know your students would benefit from ongoing support and training, but your budget or schedule doesn’t allow for the full PMPP program?

Enter: the PMPP Essentials.

This abbreviated version of the Peer Purpose Mentorship Program gives me face time with your students and staff every quarter or semester, so the work we begin with an initial assembly can continue throughout the school year.

Peer Purpose Mentorship Program Essentials

The Full-Throttle

Peer Purpose Mentorship Program

  • The units discuss practical ways to help students build joy, overcome fears associated with failure, manage stress, navigate platonic relationships, and use metacognitive thinking to become more self-aware and self-directed individuals

  • In addition to lessons and discussions, students complete a weekly journal with prompts to go along with that week’s topic

  • Each student is assigned to one of three tiers of support, which gives administrators flexibility in supporting various students’ needs

  • Options for parent nights to support families to come alongside their students

Investment: varies based on school size

This intensive in-school program teaches students life skills they’ll use in and beyond their academic education.

After an initial assembly, the curriculum is divided into two 6-week units (one per semester) designed to teach students how to identify and process positive and negative emotions accurately.
